("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates goargon-ai.com (the "Service") - an AI-powered knowledge retrieval platform built specifically for pharmaceutical medical-affairs teams, including Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and medical-information functions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Service, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Argon is a B2B tool used by medical-affairs professionals at pharmaceutical organizations. Our core service processes internal clinical and regulatory documents - prescribing information, clinical study reports, internal publications - submitted by an organization's administrators, and returns source-grounded answers to queries from authorized team members. A human reviewer reads source citations before responses reach any healthcare professional (HCP). This policy covers data we collect on this website and through direct communications with us; it does not govern customer data processed inside a separately contracted Argon platform deployment.

Documents and queries submitted within a contracted Argon platform deployment are subject to the retention terms negotiated with that customer organization.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, restricted-access databases, role-based access controls, and audit logging of administrative actions. We do not claim third-party security certifications beyond what is stated in any separately executed service agreement. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password if you have a platform account.

8. Your General Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and the ability to limit certain processing. If you are a California resident, you may also exercise the rights granted under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information and do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
